I have spent my whole life serving and working in the church but the church will never make an impact if we don’t do what he commanded us to do.

The message is clear “Love the Lord our God” and “Love your neighbor” but when I see what the world thinks about christians and the church it’s clear that they have gotten a very different message. And there is no one to blame for that but ourselves. We can’t sit in the same pews every Sunday, do the same thing that we’ve always done, and expect things to somehow change. Unless we live out this call, and show the world the same love that has been shown to us, they will never get the message.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers or even that I know what I’m doing at all. But I have to do something and it has to start somewhere, so it might as well be this. And hopefully you feel the same.

Let’s do what we can, and follow His Great Command!
